POLICY AND PROCEDURES
All hair and makeup services are required to implement the current COVID-19 Safe Plan to ensure safety.
In order to minimise the risks as much as possible we will be following the guidelines and hygiene protocols outlined by
Department of Health and Human Services State Government of Victoria.
COVID-19 Cancellation
Regarding cancellation due to COVID-19 we have a postponement policy of 12 months.
Should you have to postpone your wedding day or special event due to COVID-19 and if the postponed date falls on a day that we have other pre-booked weddings or events we will refund your full deposit.
Deposits
A deposit for your hair or makeup trial booking and event booking is required to secure your quote and booking date.
Bookings are not secure until a deposit has been received.
Deposits are redeemable on the date of your trial booking and event booking.
Cancellations (not due to COVID-19 restrictions)
Deposits are non refundable if cancellations are made less than 12 weeks from the wedding or event date booking.
Trial Bookings
After your trial we will temporarily hold you booking for 48 hours without a deposit, if the deposit has not been paid within
48 hours of your trial booking, we will require to open your booking to other potential clients.
Payments
Payment in full, less the deposit already paid is payable directly to the stylist/s on the day of the trial or event booking.
Min On Location Call Out
A min on location call out of hair and makeup services $380 per artist booked.
Travel
For bookings outside our normal travel range, a travel fee will incur and rates will vary depending on kms of travel per artist booked.
Parking
For hotel bookings or for bookings in urban restricted parking areas, car parking will need to be provided due to the distance required to carry hair and makeup equipment needed for your booking, This is an OHS issue for our stylists.
Possible additional charges
Bookings commencing after 4pm or before 7am incur a surcharge per artist booked, surcharges vary depending on arrival time required.
Public holidays may incur a surcharge per artist booked
